BORN FROM A NEED TO DO BETTER
After years in environmental and disaster recovery work, our founder, Ryan Waddell, saw how often property owners were left overwhelmed, uncertain, and unsure who to trust.
When the 2024 Rogers tornadoes struck, that experience became Bluecord, a company built on honest evidence, clear guidance, and helping people move forward with confidence.
The bluecord team
We bring technical expertise, honest guidance, and genuine care to every property we assess.
